I had an absolutely perfect stay at this charming B&B located just a short walk away from downtown. the location was ideal, close enough to everything NWA has to offer. I stayed in the Melanie room and it was beautifully decorated with a Victorian style. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had all the amenities I needed, including snacks and drinks. the breakfast served by the friendly staff was delicious and catered to my dietary needs as a vegetarian. the peaceful view of the woods and mountains behind the house was a delightful bonus.

The limited parking space might be a slight inconvenience for those with larger vehicles.

Occasionally, noise could be heard from other rooms. Unfortunately, the parking lot was limited and sometimes hard to find a spot.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations during my Christmas stay. The two amenities I truly enjoyed were the Jacuzzi and the delicious breakfast served every morning. The location was perfect, allowing me to explore the town with ease and take in the beautiful sights. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The parking was less than ideal. It was difficult to find a parking spot, and the gravel lot was not well maintained, causing some trouble when unloading luggage.
